Jo is a fully qualified Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and is also a qualified mindfulness teacher. Jo is passionate about the therapeutic use of Yoga and the benefits to our health and mental wellbeing. Classes are suiatable for beginners and beyond. These Yoga classes involve practising traditional asana (postures), combining breath awareness with relaxation, meditiation and the ancient teachings of Yoga philosophy.
Her passion is to help everyone and every UNIQUE body to feel welcome when they join her in practice to discover what feels good in your body.
Please bring a Yoga mat and blanket.
